Kinote is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, sell, or redistribute the app or its content.
You retain ownership of all notes, recordings, and content you create in Kinote. By using the app you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
You agree not to use Kinote to:
Kinote uses AI to generate schedule suggestions and summaries. These are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and confirming any calendar events or tasks before they are created. We are not liable for errors in AI-generated content.
Premium features may be available for purchase through the App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund policy.
The current version of Kinote is distributed as a beta through Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs. Use during the beta period is at your own risk.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions. We are not liable for any loss of data or schedule conflicts arising from the use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion by emailing d333p@protonmail.ch.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
